Some have gone a notch higher and introduced boxing and mixed martial arts studios. This fitness centers come equipped with the latest and modern exercise equipment, trained instructors and qualified medical personnel in case of anything.
- Restaurants and coffee houses
This are the most visible stores in the malls, the aroma of good food and the buzzing conversations of people welcome you in to the shop. They are the most popular spots for fraternizing and getting to know people.
The coffee houses are popular stops for dates and meetings offering a wide range of services such as internet and Wi-Fi connectivity. These coffee houses and restaurants are franchises of major coffee houses such as Starbucks and they offer both take away and sit in meals.

Another popular shop in the malls is the record store, these stores sell music CDs and albums going a step further by allowing their customers to listen to the music before they buy. Most of these stores have a license from majority of the record labels to promote their music. Some are normally combine with comic books and other conventional books.
