Eliminate all Junk Food
No more junk food! That means everything! Junk food is one of the worst things that can sabotage your fat loss nutrition. Even a little bit of it.How do I avoid junk food? Here are a few tips I can give you that can help you slam the door in junk food’s face.
Get rid of all forms of junk food in your home, room, or apartment. Look in your food pantry or closets. Those are the key places where much of this exists. Check your fridge. Get a large black bag and throw them away!
All of those microwavable frozen foods; gone! Anything that is over-processed. Don’t keep anything thinking that you will resist. I tell you, you won’t!
Count your Calories
Count your calories like you count those reps in your tricep workout. Counting calories has many people completely ignoring. It’s like driving to a new destination without a map! Can you get there? No way, you need directions and that map!
Counting calories will help keep in check the amount of food you consume during the day and week. This is very important for fat loss.
Estimate the right amount of calories for a specific need and consume that same amount in order to make it happen!
Eat Simpler Foods
Maybe one of the reasons you’re not losing enough fat is because you’re eating way too much processed foods. Eating all of those dishes you pop in the microwave is not always good for your fat loss, if it isn’t completely bad for it.
Keep it simple. Eat foods that haven’t been through any kind of complex machinery. Eat foods that you can make from scratch right in your home or foods found in their natural state.
Vegetables, organic meant, fruits, organic grains are perfect examples of natural foods and food that isn’t processed. Any food that can sit on the shelf for weeks is processed, simple as that.
Eating these simpler foods will simply help you lose more fat, keep your nutrition in check, and help you get stronger in your workout.
