The advantage of having fat on your face is that you can hide the wrinkles that appear. However, people don’t like a chubby face after thirties. Losing the facial fat requires a lot of efforts, and is often accompanied by overall weight loss. Along with reduction in body weight, facial exercises will help you contour the face. An effective way to lose facial fat is via body exercise and you can reduce the puffy face in no time. You need to follow these steps to get effective results. Here are 6 awesome ways to reduce face fat, and look great.

    Face Fat and Look Great

    Say Goodbye to Alcohol

You need to stop consuming alcohol completely, as it can cause the face to bloat up. Instead of alcohol, you can take more water to get rid of waste and excess body fluids. Alcohol can also be toxic for the body when taken in greater quantities. Make sure that you don’t drink while eating, because your stomach’s digestive system cannot function properly at that point of time, and in turn, it tends to store the fat.

    Eat More Fruits and Vegetables

Eat vegetables and fruits because they are rich in water content, making you feel more full, but it doesn’t cause any weight gain. Make sure that you consume food that contains more calcium, which in turn results in loss of body fat.

Calcium also reduces the retention of water, which decreases the puffiness and bloating in your face. You can chew gum all the time, but be careful since it prevents hunger. It is pretty much helpful in toning up the face.

    Facial Exercises

Double chin exercise helps a lot. Curl your bottom lip over the bottom teeth. You need to open your mouth widely and move the lower jaw up and down continuously. You need to practice this every day for few minutes. Also, try sugarless gum to reduce the double chin’s size.

    Facial Exercises

    Keep Smiling

You need to keep smiling always as it helps in reducing chubby cheeks. Expose your teeth and then smile without exposing the teeth. This might sound a bit silly, but scientifically, it works on your face muscles.

    Keep Smiling

    Ensure Adequate Sleep

Sleep for 8 and half hours; lack of sleep causes the endocrine system disruption, which determines the fat stored in the body and how much muscle can be built and maintained. Needless to say that face fat will result in weight gain, toxicity, as well as aging.

    Ensure Adequate Sleep

Add Strength Training to Your Workout Regime

Stronger muscles will cause your body’s fat to burn faster. A couple of sessions of Weight Training, Yoga or Pilates will increase the fat burn-up rate by 2% quite easily. Additionally, you can add supplements containing garcinia cambogia, ginseng, and other similar compounds.

    Workout Regime

    Reduce Your Salt Intake

Do not take too much of salt. Salt retains fluids and can make your face look chubby. You need to work out with weight, and strict workout results for firm skin. If you lose weight and you are not concentrating on strength training, then your skin tends to sag.

So, keep these things in mind when you try to lose weight, turn fit, and look younger!
