Tips for staying awake in lectures with hemp oil:
Take your hemp oil with you. The best way to stay awake in lectures is by taking a small dose of hemp oil before class begins to take effect as the course starts. We recommend using some CBD capsules for this!
If you choose not to use those, make sure that any serving size of hemp oil contains at least 25mg of CBD and less than 0.02% THC (if possible). You will feel more energized throughout the entire duration of the lecture, which makes falling asleep during much harder!
